Discover what your colleagues are working on!

DeSNapp was initiated by the Province of South Holland to help public-sector professionals work in a more informed, connected, and effective way. The core question was simple: how can colleagues know who is working on what, with whom, and on which societal challenges?

Rather than focusing on individual profiles, DeSNapp makes teams, projects, and collaborations visible across organizational boundaries. This supports better-informed decision-making, reduces silo thinking, and helps build a shared organizational memory of ongoing work.

DeSNapp was developed as a fully functional prototype and tested in practice. The platform is currently on hold due to shifting organizational priorities. The concept also explored innovative uses of network data, including ideas for a "Reverse CRM" - enabling people to find relevant expertise and connections based on real work and shared topics.
